Good old Ben sure knew what he was talking about, because when I get plenty of sleep.. I feel like a new man! I've got the "early to rise" part down pat, as I wake up between 4:00 and 5:00 a.m. on most days. My "early to bed" habits however are horrid. The older I get, the more I feel the adverse effects from lack of sleep. (yet another example of how I'm slowly but surely turning into my father)
